Medical Plans - Edwards offers various medical plans to provide services for illness or injury. The plans differ in the way you choose health care services.

Dental Plan - Edwards offers a dental program that allows an employee the freedom to select any dentist. We also offer a Preferred Dentist Program (PDP) to help lower out-of-pocket expenses for most preventive and major dental services.

Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance - Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) can be key sources of financial security for family members in the event of an Edwards employee accident or death.

Dependent Life Insurance - In addition to life insurance, an Edwards employee can choose dependent life insurance for a spouse and/or children. Dependent life insurance is designed to help meet immediate expenses in the event of his/her death.

Business Travel Accident Insurance – The Business Travel Accident Plan is designed to provide benefits to an Edwards employee or his/her beneficiary when an accident causes the loss of life or limb.

Disability Plans - The short- and long-term disability plans sponsored by Edwards provide protection against loss of income if the employee becomes disabled and cannot work.

Pre-Tax Health Care Spending Account – The Health Care Spending Account enables Edwards employees to pay for certain health care expenses not reimbursed by insurance with tax-free dollars.

Pre-Tax Dependent Care Spending Account - The Dependent Care Spending Account allows Edwards employees to set aside tax-free dollars to cover eligible dependent care expenses.

Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) – The RSP is a 401(k) plan designed to help our employees prepare for retirement. They can contribute dollars to before-tax or ROTH after-tax options. The company matches a portion of the employee's contribution. All funds in an employee’s plan are 100% vested (owned) by him/her.

Work/Life Balance Program - The LifeWorks OneSource program offers practical solutions, information, advice, and support to help our employees have control of their lives.
