We have an opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the President of Sales & Service.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements and organize and track projects on behalf of the President. The Administrative Assistant will prepare documentation for meetings and presentations as well as provide support with conferences and business shows.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• 3 years of experience providing administrative support to an executive
• Experience coordinating international travel
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• A flexible approach to constantly changing priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
