We have an opening for a Customer Value Chain Coordinator in Sanborn, NY.

Responsibilities include answering calls from existing and new customers, interfacing with the outside sales team, entering orders and quotes into SAP system, maintaining open orders, and handling shipment information and invoicing.

The Customer Value Chain Coordinator should possess organizational management skills, knowledge of Terms & Conditions, contractual agreements and risk management.
Computer literacy is essential, as well as knowledge and experience of SAP preferably or ERP systems.
The candidate will have good interpersonal and communication skills, both over the telephone and in writing to customers and colleagues.
A successful candidate should also be customer focused and driven by customer satisfaction with high level customer service with the ability to work in a team environment, be a self starter and be able to manage tasks with minimum management.
He or she must be able to motivate others both in Customer Value Chain and within the field.
Knowledge of sales documentation, post-sales procedure, method of payment and finance control would be advantageous, as well as a broad knowledge of company products such as Dry pumps, Turbo pumps & networks, Abatement, Integrated Systems, Chemical Systems, and On-site & Off-Site repair/maintenance services.

To be successful in this position, a candidate must have: a background in inside sales, contract administration, and technical sales support experience.
